Customer success is the key part of our organization. We learn best from our customers, and we treat their success as our north star. As our Customer Success Manager you will:
- Onboard new customers to ensure they have a great experience.
- Guide clients towards best practices for how to get the most out of YourStake.
- Build trusting customer relationships, and being the first line of support for their questions.
- Solicit feedback from prospects and customers on how we can best improve YourStake.
- Organize client feedback to help the engineering team prioritize new developments.
We are looking for people who have a passion for social + environmental issues, a patience to dig into technical details, and an openness to think critically about paths to solving problems.
You will be best suited for this role if you have a passion for social and environmental issues, and if you have some experience with the wealth management industry in client-facing roles. As a contributor in fast-growing startup, you will wear many hats, and should expect to pitch in on sales/marketing as needed.
This is a remote position. Our customers are in the USA from coast-to-coast, and operate during standard business hours M-F. At this time, we are hiring only US denizens for this role. We are looking for people can join our team immediately.
