We need an operations manager to keep key processes and sales pipelines running. You will work closely with YourStake's founders to make sure everything that needs to get done gets done. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting enterprise sales opportunities with presentations and slide decks.
- Planning and booking conferences and webinars.
- Managing internal tools and software for team productivity.
- Completing RFPs, applications, and due diligence questionnaires.
- Preparing budgets and business record keeping.
We are looking for people who have a passion for social + environmental issues, a patience to dig into technical details, and an openness to think critically about paths to solving problems.
You will be best suited for this role if you have a passion for social and environmental issues, and if you have some experience with the wealth management industry in operations roles. As a contributor in fast-growing startup, you will wear many hats.
This is a remote position. We are hiring only US denizens for this role. We are looking for people can join our team immediately.
